I need help from a supversior/higher up on a supirse bill I received from Verizon. When my account was closed a supervsior stated a set amount I would owe and noted it on my account and another rep of Verizon also stated the same, there was no mention of the suprise large fees I received on my Finale Bill. I would like to see if Verizon will do the right thing here. This also involves a trade of my Iphone 11, which will further complicate matters with the suprise fees from Verizon.
