I need to cancel a payment I made on my account It wasnt my card it was accidental but it's need to be canceled and I can't get a hold of a real person

It wasnโ€™t your card? Well who ever owns the card must call their bank-credit union or credit card company and have them do a chargeback or stop payment for that โ€œaccidental payment โ€œ that is the fastest way. It may have already cleared, so a chargeback will be necessary.

verizon will not do instant anything and will drag it out since they have the money.

do a chargeback.
