I want to register for my verizon account, but I can't

I came US for study abroad, and I made new phone in Verzion

But when I tried to make verizon account in online(for paying bills on online), they said I have to put in last 4-digits of my social security number

I don't have my social security number because I'm not US citzen, so what should I do?
