Hi davidnba6! Sorry to hear you have left us. We get it, bill details are important. Have you had a chance to log on to you My Verizon. When an account becomes inactive, you want to use your username, not your phone number when logging in. have you tried this? Your final bill comes via snail mail. Not sure if Verizon CS can access your last bill, but you could try sending a private message to @vzw_customer_support?
