I was charged for a phone I returned. There was a payment reversal that was submitted but never processed. My bank has verified this with SEVERAL representatives. There have been so many tickets and investigations submitted to no resolve. If my bank has VERIFIED I never received the 1,085 that I am due then why is it do hard to get my money back. Its just like Verizon is holding on to my money. I've been waiting on this issue to get resolved since Oct 18th. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer when it is Verizon's error.

We want to make sure we are able to help out with your device. When did you send it back? Did you receive a confirmation it was received?

Freddy, thanks for the follow up. After a long nightmare experience with Verizon they eventually credited my account. It took hundreds and hundreds of text messages hours of phone calls. Only after I filed a formal dispute did anything happen. Marcus called and resolved the issue immediately. This was a severe nightmare. I lost a lot of sleep over this stupid phone. I did everything correct and shipping it back. I have a receipt that said that Verizon received it. Yet, Verizon internally could not confirm that they had the phone. The phone was useless the processor failed. Anyhow, after hours and hours and hours of work on this it finally got resolved. Thank you Freddy for your follow up. Merry Christmas
