I was promised a $383 trade-in credit

I traded in my iPhone 12 with Verizon and was promised a $383 trade-in credit. I mailed in my phone with the UPS tracking number and mail in materials. I received a confirmation that the phone was delivered to Verizon and Verizon signed for the acceptance of the phone on September 26, 2022. However, Verizon has refused to provide my trade-in credit. Verizon is a fraudulent company and is committing conversion by stealing returned iPhones and misrepresenting that it will provide trade in credits.

Hello, Spencer89. We are very sorry to hear about the concerns with receiving an expected trade-in credit for a device that you submitted to our Device Trade-In Program. We certainly want to help with this in every way that we can. Below is a link you can click on to visit our Trade-In Tracker page on our website where you can use the submission ID for your trade-in device which will show you the trade-in credit amount and the reason for why the credit may be different than expected. http://spr.ly/66083RsVG

Our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you, Spencer89. This is not the experience we want for our customers and our goal is for you to take advantage of all the available promotions. We sent you a Private Note, so we can continue working on this situation together.
