I traded in my iPhone 12 with Verizon and was promised a $383 trade-in credit. I mailed in my phone with the UPS tracking number and mail in materials. I received a confirmation that the phone was delivered to Verizon and Verizon signed for the acceptance of the phone on September 26, 2022. However, Verizon has refused to provide my trade-in credit. Verizon is a fraudulent company and is committing conversion by stealing returned iPhones and misrepresenting that it will provide trade in credits.
