ID.Me nurse discount no longer wokring

I am a nurse. I've been verified through ID.Me for years and had the nurse discount applied to my Verizon Fios account in the past. It turns out that after upgrading my internet speed a while ago, my nurse discount was no longer being applied. I've tried to re-apply for it but am getting the same error others have gotten about Verizon not being able to verify that I'm eligible despite my ID.Me account being fully verified and working for other companies. Attempts to have this fixed through chat in the past were useless and I was told even if I somehow got the discount to apply in the future there is no way to have the discount retroactively applied for my past bills even though I switched from one eligible plan to another, was receiving the discount already and was fully verified before the speed change and was shown by the website that I would still be receiving the discount when I signed up for the new speed. I would appreciate knowing who to contact that can actually help me fix the issues with your discount verification system.
