Inaccurate billing etc

I have been having multiple issues for at least 6 mos with no resolution!! I have spent many many hours and days into months trying for resolution! I am being charged double for one phone! I am unable to get Verizon to take autopay from account, I keep signing up but nothing happens! So they are charging me the 100.00 plus every month that it doesnโ€™t go go through. Icing on the cake, after being on phone for a minimum of 4 hours they make some corrections and tell me to pay a certain amount, I pay it, the next service is terminated even tho new balance was technically zeroโ€ฆโ€ฆ they charged me 200.00 plus for that as well as late fees and customer service fees to make the payment which they did nothing! Now the bill is 300.00 plus more than it should be this month!! They are useless and trying to make people pay extraif they can get away with it,another bit of icing! Purchased phones pretty much outright and are still paying the entire cost on the bill, never received the 1800.00 that was supposed to be creditedโ€ฆโ€ฆ the list could go on and onโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ.. watch your bill carefully!

Hello, Pearsonreg. My apologies to hear of your experience. Help is here as you definitely deserve some answers and a resolution. I do want to ensure we are on the same page. Is this regarding Verizon Wireless or Verizon Fios?
