Inconsistency

Just a warning to anyone thinking about Verizon, don’t do it! My bill was consistently about $315 for a year or 2 and then all a sudden it’s over $500 and they can’t tell me why. I am sick of the inconsistency of the bill and support. I’ve been told many times they’d help and credit my account and still NOTHING, no credit. I can’t even afford to leave Verizon after 6 years because they want to charge me $3k+ just to leave. And on top of it all, when you ask support for help they CHARGE you for the support they’re supposed to offer regardless. I’m not paying my bill and I could care less how it affects me because Verizon is the worst.
