Incorrectly charged for returned HD cable boxes

I would like a resolution ASAP. I cancelled my verizon service at the end of  October 2016. I asked for boxes twice for me to return my HD cable boxes in and I never received anything. I took the boxes to the kiosk location at Philadelphia Mills Mall on November 17th. Verizon began harassing me around Thanksgiving saying they didn't have the boxes and that I would be charged if they were not returned. I told them that I had returned them already so someone said they would put a note on the account and so they had time to locate the boxes in the warehouse.

This month Verizon still claims they never received them and now they have sent me a bill for $502.11. I called twice and they entered a Rock case and some type of claim in regards to this but they continue to send me past due emails/bills in the mail.

I do not owe you anything and i want my credit of $72.51 back. Do I need to get the video tape of me walking into the kiosk and returning the boxes for you? This is ridicuous. I want this resoloved or I will go to social media, the news.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
