I just needed to vent....I feel like every month, Verizon is doing something or making changes that do nothing but increase my bill and decrease quality. They 'upgraded' the network around me, and I literally get no service now; a few weeks ago, I reached out to find out why my bill increased and then I got an email saying my bill was going to increase even more due to auto-pay reduction.
Verizon- nothing you do will keep me as a customer I literally just wanted to point out how terrible you are. As soon as the devices are paid off, I'm canceling everything. So much for 13yrs of business. AT&T here I come.
