Verizon PLEASE help me!!!
I paid the international plan fee (very happy with the service when we were abroad) and now YOU CONTINUE TO BILL ME $175.08!!!!
It was my clear understanding from Verizon that the plan was to terminate upon my return from abroad.
I guess I could try to file a formal complaint against Verizon with some regulatory authority for charging me for something I never received BUT I would rather just resolve it amicably with Verizon.
Also, I do not want to wait on hold for an hour just so somebody says it's resolved when it isn't. Help me please!
