International calling minutes tracking

NO_ONE at Verizon can tell me how to keep track of the international minutes so I don't go over my allotted minutes. I have looked on line. It's not there. 

I have tried calling Verizon but impossible to get a person, and none of the prerecorded options covers that.  Any suggestions?
