Has anyone ever challenged International charges on their account?
Also during this challenge were you provided confirmation of your dispute?
How many phone calls to customer service?
- How many times did you have to start your dispute/claim over to every new person? What steps were given to you from customer service while your alleged dispute was being reviewed? Stop autopay? Don't worry about the bill until you hear from them? Don't call them they'll call for the next follow up? Were you ever given a ticket #? I'm in the US. We're you denied a stateside rep when you requested to be tramsferred? Were you ever told your adjustment was approved and then the rep from Verizon sending a text message confirming your adjustment claim with the amount was approved but weeks later finding out it was actually denied but you were never notified and found out only because you called because 2 weeks had passed and the charges were still there? Please tell me has this happened to you?

As someone who's read over 43,000 posts in the forums, while it hasn't happened to me personally, I have read of issues with international billing charges before. It depends on the details. Is it that you're being repeatedly billed for an international service plan every month, or you got charged for Travel Pass when you weren't expecting it, or something else?
