International plan nonfunctional

I signed up for a monthly international plan after getting that suggested to me by Verizon, since I'll be traveling for more than 8 days in two countries and therefore it's more economical than doing daily TravelPass charges.

However, I'm now in Denmark and the cell service is nonfunctional. I have tried resetting my network settings, restarting the phone, turning roaming on and off, etc. Nothing is getting this phone to say anything other than "no service" โ€“ despite me paying Verizon specifically for this!
