Like the rest of our country, I’m having a hard time getting ahead. I took steps to reduce my bill, removed extra lines, paid off my phone but my bill doesn’t seem to reflect many of these changes. I get paid 1x a month and have called on numerous times asking if they can allow me the extra 10 days to try and catch up when I can after getting paid. I was denied and the problem continues. Every month I’m paying for a reconnect fee of $20/per line. (that’s over 240/per line a month I’m paying in fees). No wonder I can’t get ahead. I feel trapped & no matter what I do, I can’t catch up. Too bad the phone is a necessity otherwise I’d cancel it all till I can catch up!
It doesn’t matter now anyways, I’m tired of this once loved “ma-bell” company turning into a green monster. They don’t care about any of us anymore. So I’m just going to get rid of Verizon.
Which is why I’m trying to call, to set up an arrangement for my bal. unlock my phone but not charge me $20 after I pay since I will not have it reconnected. So not being able to talk to someone a problem. I do not want to go forward with Verizon anymore. They will make me pay for the bill & charge me to reconnect. I don’t want to reconnect. I just want my phone unlocked so I can go with a plan that offers more (only $20 bucks/m (but free for 12m)) I can catch up any other way. I’m going in circles paying for something that I can get much cheaper someplace else. I have the bare minimum and still paying close to 100$ its sanity
so please help me unlock my phone, set up an arrangement for the bal & never use you again.
