Issue with upgrade

So I've  been  a customer  for over  16 yrs , I know I have been late but  my bills  always  been paid  for  , I never asked Verizon to help me  get a new hone  when it was time to upgrade I was able to  upgrade, I finally got  current because  I need 3  new  phones to upgrade  I have offers to  upgrade  I have 9 lines and  1  tablet 10 devices  in all, and I find out  I can pny get phones  by buying full retail so I call in  I speak to  Shanta  a rep I thought she was  helping  me but she  put me on  hold for  15 min and so I hung  up. I called  in again spoke to  a Miguel who I said  politely   can I speak to  a Supervisor( instead of  him saying  before  I can get you a supervisor  can I see if I can assist you) no he said  and  I " before I get you to supervisor I NEED TO TELL HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM IS... I ask I NEED TO TELL YOU?? he said yes and we then started to escalate I spoke to  I guess  a supervisor  Kelly who for 15 min as  telling they  can not increase my credit limit  I told I understand cant we work  something  out to get  new phones I know  you can do  overrides   I got no i then  escalated higher and spoke to  Jacob who continue to tell me  they  can  not get me new phone  oh by the way no one  said  anything about  being a customer to them for 16 yrs I guess 16 yrs  is  not long to  Verizon? Lastly  I spoke  to   Rosa would  refuse to help me too so  I am asking  Verizon doesn't want  my business  anymore are they  willing  to  let me leave to T-Mobile over 3  new  devices  , I talk so good about Verizon  but the last 2 years has been  Horrible
