Issues with Bill - Loyalty Discount not being applied despite promises

I received a text offer for an additional $10 loyalty discount back in early February of this year. This would have taken the monthly discount to $35. I called as instructed in the text to activate the offer. However, the additional discount did not appear on my bill. I called back later on the year and was assured it would appear. It never did. Upon adding another line this month and reviewing my bills, I realized it still had not been added and 8 months after receiving the offer. A customer service agent kept me on hold for a while looking into it at the end of last week. He then said it would take a while longer and promised to call me back later in the day. I never received a call back. I am now on a long hold again trying to get this issue resolved.......
