I returned a phone back in May 2024. In August, I received a bill for that phone. Since I received that bill I have had to call about 7x just to get lied to by EVERY SINGLE “representative” who said they would refund my money with 3-5 business….fast forward to today when a “credit” mysteriously appears on my bill, instead of the $1129.99 that was supposed to be issued back to my original form of payment. This is too much money to be playing with!!!
