For the past 2-3 months my verizon account reads that I have a bill due by October 16th. I am no longer receiving e-mail notifications that I have a bill due and obviously I haven't been able to pay my bill through the website. This issue isn't PC specific, I've logged into my verizon account on multiple machines and expierence the same issue.
Can someone please assist me?

I am having the same issue, seems like a larger problem. Tried to call in and the wait is over 1 hour. Payments have been made on time, and last posted payment was early november.
