Today I called Verizon to get help with a billing error. I kid you not, I was on the phone for 4 hours getting transferred from one person to the next to the next. Finally, I was connected with Joe. Joe was not only kind, but he was professional, and you can only imagine how grumpy I was after being on the phone for 4 hours. Not only did he address my issue, but he seemed to understand my frustration. When he had to put me on hold, he kept coming back to check in and let me know what was happening behind the scenes. Joe, I don't know if you will ever read this, but I was honestly near tears before I reached you. Thank you for listening to me and for working so hard to get my issue resolved. Blessing to you!!!! You truly made my day!!!
