I received an alert that my Verizon bill was ready to view, nothing out of the ordinary there. Then I see my bill has gone up $7.80 so I do some digging and it lists increase on mobile protect, device protect price adjust, FED universal service charge, state telecom tax, and county tax. All increased. I find this a little curious because when I set up my account last year in May I denied Verizon Mobile Connect! It's even listed in my account activity. Literally days after I received my phone I un-enrolled from Mobile connect, yet all three devices on my account are currently enrolled.
This is pretty upsetting. I should have caught this months ago, but here is your website confirming this was not active yet you have been billing me for this for over a year. How is Verizon going to fix this?

Hi McScots, as a consumer myself I understand wanting the bill setup to what fits your needs best. I definitely want to dive deeper into this as the screenshot shows you do not have a protection plan. As we will need to access your account we will be sending a direct message.
