Shoutout to Chris from Customer Service who helped me on my questions regarding a recent change to billing on my account. I was confused due to some changes on charges and he helped explain what the changes were. He also helped me find a way to bring my account back to my preferred budget. He was kind, patient, and very helpful! One of the best calls I have ever had with any Customer Service!
