My Verizon screen asked to be refreshed while I was filling out a survey after the conclusion of a wonderful chat with representative Laxmi today, 2/15/2023. When I went back to the survey, I could not complete it :(.
Laxmi was so patient and kind, on top of being knowledgeable and helpful. He or she deserves to be recognized. I feel so bad I couldn't complete the survey. I hope my message and my thanks find their way to Laxmi. Keep up the great work!
