Lack of service
I received an extra modem in August when I switched to Verizon Internet. I returned it and it was checked into their warehouse on Sept 9. It is still on my bill as a past due amount. For a company that is supposed to be current with technology, I do not understand why it takes several billing cycles to fix the charge. Are they waiting for me to get tired of fighting the issue and just pay it? When I finally talk to a real person they say it takes several billing cycles.
