I applied and was approved for the Lifeline discount. Since I don’t have a landline, I want to use it for my internet services. I got a Lifeline approval number; and I’ve been calling Verizon asking how I can apply this discount to my account. So far, no luck, with chat, on phone, or in person. Can someone help me , please!
