Hello, I am trying to view my Fios bill and also access my Promotions so that I can use the $400 Samsung credit to Home Depot. HOWEVER, once I successfully sign into My Verizon using my Email and password, it says "Welcome to Verizon, please link your account." I try to link my Fios account using zip code, OR order number, OR account number, but no matter what I do, it still showed "the information you entered doesn't match our records."
PLEASE assist because I want to view my Bill and also use my Samsung Promotion. This is unacceptable that I cannot properly see my bill OR use my promotion.

I can't even log into the chat because it says my Fios information isn't found even though it is .
