I have tried to talk to so many agent at verizon and literally none of them have been able to help me out. I got the email to redeem the stream tv as well as the prime membership. I was able to redeem the stream tv but the link doesn't even take me anywhere for the prime. I literally cannot get anywhere. I have tried different browsers, clearing cashes and cookies, etc. Different devices, different browsers. NO ONE seems to help out. i just keep getting pushed around from the phone call agents to the chat ones. I'm so sick of this. VERIZON.. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!
