I am at my wits end. We transferrred our services from Maryland in September to Florida. Since then any time I attempt to log on to My Verizon I continue to see my Maryland account. I have called and emailed numerous times to get resolution to see our FLorida account wtih no success. I am currently on hold with "Customer Serivce" (41 minutes and counting). Does anyone know how I can escalte this issue?
