Login to My Verizon results in can't retrieve account info

I have tried logging into My Verizon over the last week with a consistent error saying unable to retireve account info at this time. Previously, I had not trouble viewing all account info. In the forum it was suggested to clear all browser history and cookies which I tried with no success. I also tried both Chrome and IE. Anyone else having this issue?
