Looting my balance

I have been following up for more than 2 months to get my balance that Verizon owe me. Even the customer support accepted and was helpful to get my money back, but still I haven’t got any. But now that they say I owe them in the bill. I never seen such a looter and cheat in my life. For the past 3 months the bill amount was negative and suddenly it became huge amount. I cancelled my service 3 months back and how come I was charged after 3 months? Verizon don’t do such a cheap business and loot customer. You might be too greedy to show profit but don’t loot cheaply from customer’s like this. I never had any such experience with any carrier before. I had AT&T, T-mobile and also Comcast cable and never had any such experience with any of them. You are the only one where I had so many billing issues and each time I need to spend hours explaining to get my money back. I never missed a single bill for the past 3 years with 9 lines on my account. You showed your back and started to annoy me after we started yo leave you. If this is the way you treat your customers, then for sure no one will ever join your network.

Andrea, Finally another waste of time in chatting with you for about an hour. Verizon is trying to double charge me for the same amount. Never seen such a cheap business tricks.

Tania, I will never chat and waste my time with any of your customer service representatives. Check with Andrea, on how long we chatted and what she ended up with. You guys can't provide any solution. As your billing system is totally corrupted. Your billing system deliberately does this and this is what I got as a reward, by paying all the bills for 9 lines on time for 3 years. You guys decided to LOOT MONEY from customers and that's why you guys are double charging for the same bill after 3 months. I paid full on December and suddenly the bill changed from negative amount to positive amount.
