Lost ability to use auto pay

I lost the ability to use auto pay after two payments did not go through. As soon as I input my account information it tells me to use an alternative payment method. I’ve expressed my concerns to Customer Service, Fiannical Dept, etc and they sent me URLs etc with the same issue. This issue is ultimately due to a filter that is in place that flags accounts for this particular issue. I read SuperDave420’s as he had the same issue and it was never addressed after 4 years. I seen also that other patrons were complaining of this issue as well. If the issue can’t be addressed I may have to take my business elsewhere.

If you managed to miss 2 payments before having your autopay revoked, you're luckier than most. The ban on autopay use due to missing a payment is 6 months and from what I've read elsewhere, cannot be overridden.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
