Lost premium channels with new router

Two days ago, I received a new router that was installed for free.  However, I just found out that I have lost all of my premium channels.  I pay $270 per month for the triple play service with premium channel access.  How can I get my premium channels back ?

Swapping a router should not affect your product availability in the billing system, unless the agent that assisted you has changed certain items in the billing system.

I recommend you to contact the official support to double check your account status.
