Last month got an offer in the Verizon app for $10 loyalty discount for a year for each of my 4 lines. Followed through with that and now only 3 discounts are showing. I have been with Verizon well over 20 Years and have tried numerous chats with them and some are saying it will be taken care of , others saying that I am not eligible at all on that line. I have also tried to call the operators are no help at all. I am ready to cancel all 4 lines if this can't be resolved. Can anyone help?
