Loyalty Discounts Not Being Honored

I started a number transfer at end of May and received a promotion for $20 off each line for 12 months. I called and they applied the promotion. A month later I received another email saying that I could save $10 off each line for 12 months so I called again and the representative said they applied it to the account. Turns out they removed my $20 discount from 2 of my lines and replaced it with the $10 discount. So instead of the getting $30 off per line for 12 months ($120 total) like it was supposed to be, I've been getting $60 off total.
I have called every month since and every representative I spoke with said they fixed it and it will show correctly on next bill. Last month, the representative said there is no way to fix it so she has to cancel all promotions for that month and then do $30 off per line for 12 months starting on the following bill cycle. She said that would fix the issue once and for all so I agreed. Welp, got my new bill today and still it is $20 off 2 lines and $10 off the other 2. It was originally supposed to be $80 off per month, then when I got the second promotion that added another $10 off per line, it should've been $120 off per month but I've only been getting $60 off each month.
I called today and spoke with a supervisor who claims that he can see the first email showing the $20 promotion but he cannot open the $10 promotion email and therefore cannot honor it. He said the best he can do is if I call back every single month for the next 10 months, he will give a $20 credit so that I am getting the amount I was supposed to be getting off with the original promotion. He refuses to honor the additional $10 off per line.
I asked him to at least give me a little more since I have had to call every month trying to straighten this out and will need to continue calling each month to get the $20 credit that was supposed to be automatic but he refused. He told me it was my fault that the promotion got messed up because I shouldn't have called to get the additional $10 off. I'm sorry but if anyone gets an email saying they can save more money than they already are and it literally says "No strings, no kidding. There's no catch. Seriously. It's easy to get. Just log in to your account or give us a call." why wouldn't you call?
I'm so beyond frustrated. I just want the promotions that I was offered to be honored and I would appreciate not having to call every single month to get only a portion of the promotion.
I repeatedly asked the supervisor if there was someone above him I could speak to and he said no so I'm not sure what to do hence me posting on this message board for the first time ever.
