Loyalty Plan Not Working

My plan clearly states, and was verified by the representative who sold me the plan at my Verizon store, that I would receive both AutoPay and Loyalty discounts, but that has not happened and I want to know why. I would not have signed up for that plan otherwise.

I want to say the loyalty discount only applies to legacy plans now, or if you are a prepaid customer who sticks around long enough and does not use autopay. The autopay discount applies to anyone so long as you're using an eligible method of payment, but doesn't take effect until the 2nd billing cycle.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
