Loyalty and Home LTE Discounts suddenly disappeared from Bill

I have been a customer of Verizon for many years. I have Home LTE and 2 5G mobile phones on my account. I had been recieving $10 off each mobile device for Auto Pay and Paper free billing plus $15 off Home LTE for Auto Pay & select 5G mobile plans fro many years.
Nothing changed on my account but my new Verizon bill shows all discounts have been removed.
Was removing the discount a mistake by Verizon Billing?

I AGREE! WHAT A JOKE! Verizon has me NOW looking at another cell provider company! How can they do this to LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!??

Verizon customer service replied back to me and explained why each discount was removed from my account. My account has one of the, "non-selected unlimited plans" . I guess that means they are trying to get me to switch to a different plan or a differnt service provider. It is funny they removed the loyatly discount without notifying me with the hope that I stay loyal.
