Recently received an offer for a $10 loyalty discount on my $64.99 500/500 plan. I agreed and was emailed the new rate which showed $54.99 which included the loyalty discount and autopay discount. Today I was billed for $68.99. I understand there was a $4 increase but my new bill should be $$58.99 not $68.99.
