Make "Customer Privacy Settings" work properly

I received a notice in the mail recently about "Important Update Regarding Your Privacy". I went to the web page after signing in, made my preference choices and, when I click on the "Save Changes" button, I get a message stating "We were unable to complete your requested change at this time. Please try again later." 

Now, I have tried day after day, and multiple times each day, and I continue to get this same message. My only thought is that Verizon wants us to think they are giving us a chance to make choices regarding privacy but, in reality, is going to have their way anyway by making it difficult/impossible to do so.

How about fixing the problem and giving us our right to privacy?
