HELP. READ IMPORTANT! Here I go again. I've been struggling with Verizon customer service for months I switch after 16 yrs with mobile to Verizon because my account would Stat tge same at $166.00. Then I get a bill 10/06:to Nov 6. ? I called and they said it's 1 month advanced. I honestly wanted to cancel, too confusing with customer service. They talked to me into staying and that I would have a $200.00 credit besides my 2 gift cards. But I still did not wabt to keep them so I went to the store, there I called customer service and they offered $500.00 if I stayed they would devide it in 36 months 3 years!!! So my bill will be at $190.00 tax and trade in but not including auto pay. I stayed. Then Nov approximately, my bill is $219.00 then they said because of some wifi protection ? I removed it. Then my bill again $235.00 !? I called and now they are so rude, disrespectful, they have had me on the phone for over 2, 3, 4 hrs. I chose text because I'm working. So, supposedly they gave me credit but the bill doesn't show it. Accounting to all 130 texts that I've been on, there is no credit. Guess what, not I'm forced to stay with them . If I cancel I have to pay my phones full price and tge trade ins are lost. Today I said, ok I have 1 hr I'll call. Text. My God the person kept asking me the same questions over and over again. I told her after 1 hr I would hang up but better transfer me to Manager, she insisted I explained to her . Okay, after 2 hours, she says she doesn't see notes, that I didn't pay $55..00 from previouse bill ? I told her I'm on auto pay? She then said " oh" no explanation. She asked who promised that credit?, I screenshot the conversation with agent for credit and she again asked which date? The date is on the screen!. I sent it again. She said she has no access to open the link. Verizon link. ? I then asked for manager and she said they aren't able to make calls?. I said other agents have called me back why cant she?. She then suggested for my bill to be lower to switch to lines and just keep mine. Really?. I told her " how is that going to save me money? She said because i would have 1 line only . I told her the 3 lines belong to my children i still have to pay; the difference is i woukd have it on 2 bills. I told her that those are my childrens, then she said " oh you never said they werent yours? I can't believe all this from them. I asked again for Manager and she types " hi my name is Michael I'm the manager. Lol I said " wow you answered fast less than 1 second" and she types " im sorry I answered quick, I'll try to answer slower lol. 😅 MY TIME was 2
