Hello. For whatever reason a Verizon FIOS rep changed my FIOS triple play package and promotions. This resulted in a $60 dollar increase to my monthly bill beginning in October. I did not authorize such a change.
I have tried multiple times to escalate this issue through Verizon Chat however I have been told that it is not possible to revert my plan back to how it was before this change. I am extremely frustrated as I have been with Verizon for many years.
Can someone with the correct level of authority, please look into my account? I am at my wits end.
