Hello,
I recently had to cancel my original Fios account of 10 years because I needed static IP addresses. We terminated the residential account to add the business internet only account. Shortly there after they established the residential fios TV account. I was told that I needed to merge the old residential with the new one but cant seem to figure out how to, I am trying to get all the movies I purchased over the years back.
Please help!
