Messed up billing

My family and me decided to get with Verizon because we all wanted to have new phones. And to have good service and stuff I’m a college student and my dad works far away so we needed good coverage and something not too expensive. So In August 2023  I saw Verizon was doing a deal for 800 trade ins for I phones of a certain age and deals for the galaxy 23s.
So we talked with the girl at the store and she told us with the trade in deals and our unlimited plans and with the protection plans the bill would be about 218 a month no more then that.  

Of course the first few payments would be more untill the discounts and stuff kicked in but no problem right? Frist month 414 makes sense then the second month 217.  In October our bill was 278 we were confused we asked what this was and if it would go back to what we agreed on, they said it would, well it didn’t! November and December bills were both 239.96 which of course isn’t too far but still more then what it was supposed to be.
We paid it no problem then we get to January and our bill was 516.97 for no reason, we didn’t all the sudden start using more data or doing anything differently,

so this was more then we planed so we called and asked if we could get the billing date moved to later in the month so we could have some more time to pay the bill our date was the 17th, well apparently someone in the call center screwed up and said we would do a payment plan and pay some now and some later and so because of that we went into late payment and got a big fee, we owed an extra 200 dollars and that needed to be paid before feb 11

so February 11th we paid 441.59 then they turned around and said we owed another 501.83 in the last two weeks of February that’s 900!

Between February 11 to March 11. So I called and asked what happened why the bills were so messed up and they couldn’t explain it well, they just said one person had messed it up and there was also no notes so they realized we were over charged some so marchs bill was 164.47 

but then may comes and the bill is 256.60 again more then 218.00 discussed at sign up so then they said they had messed our bill up and credited us for June and we wouldn’t have to pay because the bill was credited enough well that was a lie because last month we had to pay another 530.00 bill and now this month we not hit with 562.14 bill now! It’s almost 600!

so obviously I call and see what’s going on apparently in June someone had switched our bill up, I didnt change anything and it caused our bill to go up, also all the sudden our trade in deals apparently aren’t going thru any more so that’s why our bill is 560.00 as well the two galaxys  are like 200 each this month 

it’s just over and over the bill is never right, then everytime I call I ask them to make a note in the Verizon system about what we talked about and that if something was messed up, well each time the notes can never be found no one knows anything

, I’m completely fed up there is no reason for any of this a 500 phone bill when I haven’t done anything no extra usage no adding more phones or anything,

so I asked when I could end the service and they told me I can’t end the service till the phones are paid off which would be another 1,800 so I’m stuck in this horrible bill cycle and the only way out is close to 2000 to pay off these phones that should already be paid off but on my account each phone shows only 30% paid. This is horrible my bill keeps messing up and it’s shorting my family every month

and if all of that wasn’t bad enough the service barely works at my house sometimes and doesn’t work well at my dads job sites! 
 
we have paid Verizon close to 4,000 in not even a full year and it should have been 218 a month so closer to 2,600 for the year

414.94, 217.29, 278.46, 239.96, 239.96, 516.97, 441.49, 501.83, 164.47, 256.60, credit of 31.66, 562.14 

oh and in June I took the protection plans off two of the phones to try and get the bill down some so it should be more like 180 from now on but no it’s 562.14 close to 390 over.  

Now my question is,  is anyone else in this community forum dealing with this issue as well? And does anyone know how to fix this with out pushing out 2,000 to close the account and end my service because I am so close to pulling my hair out it’s ridiculous.
