Since Aug 2023, I have been having an issue with this military Loyalty Discount. In Nov a case was opened but I never knew the resolution of this case. We received 15$ military discount and a 30$ loyalty discount which equals 45$. It has been such a great access and discount to have especially being military. I had to renew it and started it. When it tried to renew it, the ID me was fine but then I had to verify my account. I attempted to log in however it asked about a security question and answer which I didn't remember the answer to. I tried to do forget answer. But it kept locking me out and giving me the same security question even if I changed it. I called they reregister me but by then the time to renew the military loyalty discount was expired. I thought they fixed it on the phone but I don't remember. Regardless I called every time till now when I seen the bill was only temporary changed for inconvenience. But never an answer or resolution. I finally got a clear answer on why it is was like that and customer service said it cannot be applied any more and tried to get me to sign up for a new plan at a" discount" which I didn't want. I am very disappointed and upset at the fact that we have been loyal customers, a branch as which Verizon supposedly supports but won't or don't know how to effectively help with this situation. This has had me contemplating switching plans because it went from 153 to 188
