I was just looking at my bill and just realized that the military discount hasn't been applied all this time.
I first applied for military discount and was validated on 07/2020 (I have proof in my email). I guess from then, it was never applied, which explains the reason why I never received a single email to re-validate the discount all this time. I just blew about 2 years of phone plan that could've been discounted. My first bill from Verizon was $90 for two lines (which was lower than my previous phone plan) so I thought this was already discounted so didn't even bother looking at the bill. But it turned out it was never discounted in the first place. Yes, I reapplied for discount today but someone in Verizon messed up and didn't apply the discount to our account in the first place which resulted in our family never getting the validation letter and never getting the discount which we are entitled to.
