After another 2 hour phone call I am indescribably angry with Verizon. My husband is currently deployed overseas and had device issues when he arrived that led to him being unable to use his phone number for a month. Phone number completely useless. Multiple tech agents, a business rep, customer service agents, no one could figure it out and I spent hours and hours on the phone. After weeks and hours of no resolve (except one nice agent issuing a credit to our account) someone issued a replacement device for my husband. It takes weeks for him to receive mail and they can't ship to an APO, so he went another two weeks without use of his phone number while he waited on me to mail him this device after I received it from Verizon. That agent "felt bad" so he offered me a "free" Apple Watch 10 as a gesture. I already had a watch, so didn't need it, but he convinced me (probably trying to win a sales contest) and sure enough I now have $178 in additional charges on my account for the "free watch" along with another Apple Watch 10 that I didn't agree to and never received. After another cumulative 3.5-4 hours over two more phone calls, I'm being told I have to pay for the additional Apple Watch that I never ordered and never received and then I'll be credited on my next bill, later. Then he asked if a $10 paper bill charge is ok to add. I haven't had a paper cell phone bill in probably 20 years. I cannot keep calling and spending hours of my life on the phone with Verizon. I need someone to make this right because I will be switching to another carrier as son as my husband is home. I did also ask to speak to another agent or a supervisor or someone else that could help and he wouldn't do it.

First and foremost, thank you for your husbands service, millermolly25. I know have having a loved one deployed is already stressful, and then you add on the issues with his device not working, and now a billing issue related to something you didn't ask for. I would be happy to take a closer look into any outstanding concerns and help to find a total resolution. Please be on the lookout for a private message from us so that I can assist.
