I contacted online customer service to upgrade to gigabit service and new 2 year contract. I was told by three online agents that my triple play would cost me $99 for 24 months. I was confused since my one discount was to expire in March but they ensured me. I chatted with three reps and they confirmed. I took screen shots of these chats. Today I called and got escalated to manager and they claimed they could nothing for me since I completed the upgrade and the email that was my confirmation and notice with 24 hours I am stuck. I had to $150 for the speed upgrade and now I want to cancel I have to pay the full EFT. Very misleading for a 11 year FIOS customer.
