Moving customer service is a fraud. I was told that my installation fee would be waived of I just called back after the move. If it wasn't for that I would have taken my services elsewhere. When I called back after the move I was out through several hours of aggravating calls to be repeatedly told that it was a valid charge and they can't remove it. For what is worth they charged me $100 for bringing a guy to my home and plugging in a device to a house that already had a hook up for FiOS.
