I received four gift cards several months ago as compensation for a long-term tech support problem we were having. I was told I could use them for any Verizon products or services, but that I could only redeem them after 60 days (which I did). The $400 balance, however, is not available anywhere in my account. How can I get access to the balance in order to use it to pay my bill?
