Missing return kit

I cancelled Verizon TV service on 9/6/18.  Verizon indicated they were sending a return kit for the equipment, at my request.  I received a UPS tracking ID almost immediately.  However, for the past 10 days, the status of that shipment has been stuck at "Ready for UPS" and the kit has still not been shipped. 

I called Verizon this past week to report this and they basically told me to wait for a few more days.  Now I only have about 20 days to return the equipment.

How do I request another return kit shipped immediately? Dropping off the equipment would take about an hour drive.
